Massage in Milano

For about two weeks I will be in Milano. I checked all previus thread and saw that Milano is not good place for this kind of fun. Maybe someone knows that situation was changed or not? I would like to try sauna with extra service, any sugestion? Or as you suggest; go to Lugano?

Despite several years of trips to Milan I have yet to find a massage service with any extras - HR or FS.

Otherwise got to the ticino area in Switzerland for walk-in sex whore houses. If you want better info you need to do your research and a lot is trial and error, dreadful I know. There's certainly good providers in Milan. But they're difficult to find.

The situation is really different now, China massage center are everywhere and almost all offer HE wit a little tip.
