If you look up Rosemead, there is a place across from the DMV that I think will give you what you are looking for. Its the massage parlour upstairs. Also, there used to be a place just down the street, but something happened and now they are "legit".

Its more across from the furniture store just to the south. There are a bunch of businesses there. Its on the second floor, I think the suite # is Q. Cross street is either Mahawk or Elma. Hard to go by memory. (just looked at mapquest). But trust me - its there.
