There is also a brothel in Rousse/Ruse, on the Danube. It is called "Hotel Chance". It is on the edge of town, about 3 km from the centre, on the uphill section of the main road to Varna: on the right hand side leaving town. It's 50 leva (€25) for an hour or a fuck. There are usually between 1 and 5 girls in the bar downstairs. Take your pick and take one upstairs.

That was the good news. The bad news is: no French (or other) kissing. No English spoken. Girls seem unhappy.

Another "strip" bar is "Moulen Rouge" about 150 metres from Odyssey. This is topless only and has no private dances. However, you can negotiate for sex with some girls. About 50 € an hour in (I guess) your hotel or apartment. And I think that should be a standard price for sex with a stripper.

In general, Hotel "Review" and Odyssey are the best places.

You may be able to find other working girls (I did find one) but nobody I could recommend.

Also be aware that prostitution is illegal in Bulgaria - also in Romania.
