Vince's post is a little confusing, he mixes all kinds of places together in one sentence and places all in the Milan Forum:

circonvalazione is a ring street trough the city. Check for Viale Umbria and follow that street all the way around the city in a circle.

Milan, stay in the city : EE girls in piazza Loreto, viale Abruzzi, zone Navigli and Ravizza park.

Piazza Loreto is on the circonvalazione.
Navigli are the water channels by Porta Ticinese. That would be all the area around there. But I don't know where in specific Vince is referring to.
Ravizza park is a park, so look for a green spot on the map named Ravizza.

I' haven't seen any SW in Milan since Albertini kicked them out a few years ago. But then I didn't go looking for them either. So maybe Vince is right and they're back. They used to stand around the Castello Sforzesco area and Parco Sempione area. I can tell you for certain that there are no SW in that area. There's been none for about ten years. So if somebody claims that SW are back in the city then they might be on Circonvalzione or some other area toward the outer area of the city but certainly not in the center. The Loreto area has always been a TS area so watch out and always ask the girl if she is a real girl. They usually tell you so.

Alternatively you might want to consider going to Chiasso and Lugano in Switzerland where you have legal brothels you can visit and select your girl and go upstairs for decent service. You might also consider picking up a young SW on the street outside of town and take her to a cheep hotel and do her for 100 + room for about an hour. Most incall places will charge between 200 and 300.
