Remedies for staying power

I'll be the first to admit that I'm usually finishing up rather early than I would hope.

What is out there that can help prolong my staying power?

Dude, that's easy. What I do is recite baseball statistics and/or envision people playing baseball while I'm stroking away. There's a method to my madness, actually. The idea is that since baseball is the most boring game on the planet it delays my release as I distract myself with the boring visualizations. Works like a charm.

You can substitute watching paint dry, golf, or whatever you find equally boring.

I'm a late 30-ish guy, but do a lot of cycling (perhaps you too MTBHIKE?) which I think combined with age has caused me to be a little less, ahem, firm during longer sessions. I mentioned this to my doctor, who is also a cyclist and he suggested Viagra. I was a little put off - kind of feel like I'm too young to need Vitamin V - but he gave me a sample pack of 6 - 50 mg tabs and suggested I take half.

So do they work? Oh boy, what a difference! I'll spare you all the details, but it was a lot of fun. Major downside is cost. Those freakin' pills cost almost $20 a pop. Slideonin pretty much has it right. Few tricks from my book are as follows. Like he said, think of something other than sex. Try doing math in your head, think about your co-worker that pissed you off. Think of gay guys doing it (assuming you are straight. That can often get you turned off fast). Unless your partner is pretty close to cumming, you can stop your rhythm for a bit and let it die down a bit, or if you don't want them to know you are doing that, you can use a position change as a pretext to stopping for a bit.

The main thing however is to just practice it. The more you try the techniques, the more it helps, and eventually I found that I have found that I have more control without having to run through stuff in my head. I can regularly go an hour plus and get my wife there 4-5 times in a night. Other partners not quite as much since I don't know them as intimately.

Another trick is to jack off before hand. That's one of the easiest, although depending on your stamina and stiffness it could be a problem.

Mainly though, just try not to think about how hot your partner is. That's going to be part of what causes problems. Learn to stop thinking about it before you get to the critical point. If you get too close, you are likely to have to fight it until you do finally pop, but if you start earlier and just keep yourself from getting anywhere close, you'll have better luck.

Vitamin V can be purchased cheaply out of India, quality pills low cost, like under a $1 for 100mg pill. They work well for those cases where you think getting more that one pop from the date is possible.

I've read too many news stories about people buying cheap drugs off the internet or other places and not getting the real stuff and being hospitalized. Triple check stuff before you buy to make sure you are really getting the right stuff. Anyone can make a pill that looks like vitamin V, but you want to make sure that's what you are really getting.

Very true in general. I got this site from some people that I work with that are from the general area where the company is based (in India). It is the company that their insurance company requires them to use. They sell many different meds but only a few require a RX. The RX rules are most different there.
