Since there are no posts in this thread. I will post my exprience in Dar:

I have just returned after a 4 day trip from Dar. Originally I was supposed to stay in Millennium towers, but had to change my plans last minute as it was very far from the City. I booked myself in furnished appts near Jolly club for USD 70 per day. Jolly club is the only place to pick up. California Dreamer is closed down. There is a bar called Biko in Movenpick hotel previously Royal Palm hotel. There options there are few and expensive. Jolly had plenty of babes, they all start with USD 50 LT and agree for USD 20. I managed to pick up some good lookers all the 3 nights spent there. I went to Bilcanas and was not a hunting ground for mongers. I did not visit Bistro as I believe the situation is similar there. Make sure to keep all cash in the safe, as these girls will try to go thru your pockets if you go to the bathroom for washing your D****.

Was just in Dar. Many of the nice hotels have lookers in the lobbies and bars. The hotels look the other way or are payed off.
