I remember writting about Suzhou before but never got any responses.
I hope there will be more participation.

Here is just a few places.

Bali Sauna.
Open 24 hours on Shu Hui Lu near Zhong Yang (Central) Park. It's on the 2nd floor part of a larger restaurant / bar complex.

Just like a typical sauna place, you go in, take off your clothes and give them to the male attendant, take a shower or a bath and then you go upstairs.

As you walk up the stairs they ask you what you want, I usually say I want a full body massage. Then they show you into a room and later a girl comes and asks you what you want.

They have a menu so just point to the one that costs 688 RMB. I can't read Chinese. I think it means "special message".

Next a rather pretty young girl comes in, will disrobe you, make you lay down on the message table and begins to give you a pretty relaxed massage.

After about 20 minutes she well leave and come back with a box of things.
Things like a cup of hot water, cup of ice and the condom.

You are allowed one shot.

The lick all over was great, BJ was good, the ass rimming was awesome and the massage was OK. The sex was just average. I think places like this really depend on the girl so don't let my not so enthusiastic review dampen your resolve to visit this place. It's quite OK.

Sauna No.2 ( I don't know the name).

It's on Dong Huan Road near the Suzhou University entrance. It is next to a coffee shop and there are very obvious signs that the place is a sauna.
It's the same as other places. You ask for a full body massage and they send a girl to your room.

The place is not as flashy as BALI but it's cheaper. The going rate was 550 RMB for one girl. (Summer 2005 prices). Last time I was there must have run out of girls or they don't have special service girls on duty because the girl was not wearing any uniform suggesting she worked there.

She was also a bit sweaty suggesting she came from outside. Possibly outsourced?

Don't it was ok but preferred BALI a lot more.

In fact, I like Skyline and Yu Ping much better in Shanghai much better than these places.

Red Light Area

Near the Suzhou University and Feng Men Road on Dong Huan Road there is like red light area / small cluster of homes with pink lights. Most girls are average looking. It's easiest to find if you are on the corner of Feng Men Road and Dong Huan Road.

The girls here will charge 130 RMB for just straight fuck with condom. No BJ. It's very mechanical but it's a cheap option if you just want to blow your load. The places are a bit dirty but you get what you pay for if you look. I found some really fine 20 year olds.

However I would suggest you at least look Asian if you want to visit these places. Sorry guys. It will be weird if a foreigner was walking around an area like that.

Bars

Just go on Shi Quan Street located on the old town. It's a famous place and they will be more willing to take foreigners. In fact it's a tourist street so I think most of their customers will be foreigners. They are small bars that will invite you to come in.

Some of the girls are really hot. I last used these places last year. 100 RMB to go upstairs just to use the place. Then you have to pay the girl like 400 RMB to actually do it. Most girls are willing to BJ and do straight fuck. Some just want to to do HJ. I don't know you just have to find out for yourself.

Scarlet Bar
This is actually a real bar / dance club but I included this since maybe you could pick up a semi-pro FL or a full fledged amateur depending how charming you are. This bar is located on Shi QUan Street.

These are some of the places available in Suzhou. Oh, all the places I have mentioned are in the Industrial Park District or SIP area.

I hope this little guide might help revive the China forum.

Just go on Shi Quan Street located on the old town. It's a famous place and they will be more willing to take foreigners. In fact it's a tourist street so I think most of their customers will be foreigners. They are small bars that will invite you to come in.

Just as Limeister said, Shi Quan Jie is the place to go. It is located near the southeast part of the city center. Quite a few chicken bars with girls ready to grab your hand and pull you inside. Many of the girls are quite good looking, some are not. Some of the girls speak good English. Normal price for one girl and a room upstairs is 300RMB for a BJ, 500RMB for a fuck.

Any taxi driver in SIP should know where you want to go if you tell them Shi Quan Jie.

Can anyone tell me what western hotel (Shangra La, Rennaissance, Sheraton.. etc) is close to some nightlife bars... such as the Xi Chuan Jie area?

Never stayed over night there.. but will have to spend a night or two there on my next trip.......and not much written about it here..

Renaissance is in the SIP which is about 15 minutes away from Shi Quan Jie by Taxi. Scarlet Bar is near the lake and may hold opportunities.

But Shi Quan Jie is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Room service massage is expensive.....
