klinik brunei does it too... it's in sungai dua... they use the sunat mechanism... a little apparatus instead of the razor knife...

a normal cut would normally heal in 3 days or so but the didi is a different organ in the sense it can expand and overly sensitive. my friend did it last year and suffer for a week. ha, ha.
