    Hotel recommendations?

This will be the first time to Pattaya. What girl friendly hotels say $50 and below a night are recommended?

    Areca the best

In my opinion Areca is a very good option in Pattaya.
I've booked last week for a friend of mine and I was quoted 1090 baht for a standard room and 1290 baht for de-luxe room. These are prices I had just walking into the lobby and asking the receptionist.
Nice hotel, wanderful pool and girls friendly.
Cons: restaurant and breakfast so and so...

I used to stay at Safari beach but they have sadly raised thier rates beyond what I will pay for that sort of room. Stayed at Orchid Residence(b1180) on soi-sansabai in patong and Smile-inn(b1200/1400) in Karon.

    Talking Girl Friendly Hotels

Hi All, I’m planning a trip to the LOS in March , wondering if the more expensive hotels are girl friendly as well! Such as the Hard Rock or the Marriott ?

Hard Rock and the Mirriott are NOT girl friendly hotels. You have to pay 700-1000 baht per guest (girl)/night even you claim that she is your girl friend.

Totally disagree. I have been staying at the Marriot for years. NEVER had a problem. Even when cruising in late with three BGs in tow. In fact the only hotel in Pattaya that I know of that is not girl friendly is the Cliff Resort. Since you are new I will excuse your ignorance.
