I am surprised that you guys rate Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur so highly - all I have ever found there was massage with extras. Not a lot of comfort.

For an english speaker South Korea and Japan are expensive deserts.

Philipines and Thailand are excellent but in Vietnam there are complications with hotels.

And don't forget Singapore where there a bars full of freelancers from all of Asia and beyond. Prices are a little higher but cheaper then back home for most of us.
