    Looking to buy property

Out of the choices presented below, what's the best option for a monger?

    Puebla
    Estado de Mexico
    Guerrero
    Veracruz
    Jalisco
    Michoacan
    Guanajuato
    Baja California
    Nuevo Leon
    Chihuahua
    Morelos
    Queretaro
    Quintana Roo

I'm just getting my ducks in a row, I'll have a better idea of where I'd like to settle in a couple of weeks. I'll probably give priority to states that border the US, but I'm not married to the idea...

you can buy any property through a corporation or a feduciary trust (bank). foreigners can't directly buy land near borders or ocean, but with some additional fee's you can buy whatever you want.

what location you choose depends what you are looking for. almost all cities have at least some working girls.

There is alot more to Tijuana than just the zona. It has alot of options for doing everything, as well as getting to the ocean quickly. Just an idea. Don

Absolutely Tijuana is a great choice, just buy your property in a good location like hipodromo, chapultepec, Juarez, those are some of the nicest neighborhoods in Tj and the houses range in prices from 200,000dollars to 1,000,000 dlls.

You've named a whole bunch of Mexican states some of which are very unlike the others. Other than mongering what are the other things that you are interested in? If you are choosing Northern Mexico, do you want a state that is in the California, Arizona or Texas orbit? I would choose Monterrey in NL but that's only because I like the city with its spectacular setting against a backdrop of mountains. It's probably the wealthiest city in Mexico with a huge manufacturing base. You should really check out a bunch of places before you choose.

Im not flaming you im asking a reasonable question as to why you go onto threads and post a load of stuff off topic,im guilty of it here I know but you do it all the time. You show no respect for the topics in hand or those whose threads you hijack yet whinge and cry when somebody asks you why you do it.If you want to ramble on about anything you fancy thats fine, just start a thread and add to it as and when you like, posting off thread is against forum rules and if you keep doing it I will report you. This is a serious point so by all means reply with a considered response,if all you can do is come up with nonsense like your above quote, then frankly dont bother.

Hi Joe Thanks For THE P.M. The other day. Sorry If I got made at you. My Fault completly. Sometimes I do ask To Many Questions on This Forum but Many times I come back with Killer Action. I now Have at least more info On THE XXX Scene in Merida. Maybe Tommorrow I check out the scene also an hour north from Merida in The Port City of a 120,000 People Progreso. My Local Friend From merida Says there is no XXX Actiobn. But I am thinking at least one or two places exist there since its a port city too. Cool You Are Not Flaming Me. I also Am Not Trying to Spam Here At all but just try my best to put in the info For Mongerers Here. Hope We Understand Each other more better in the future on this Forum.....

It's true, in fact when I bought timeshare in PVR back in 1988 it was only a 30 year lease. The only problem with timeshare, is you have lodging rights and not owner rights. After 14 years of lodging rights I donated my timeshares to charity, and got a big tax writeoff for 2002, and 2003.

FYI, don't let anyone try selling you one of these properties with the notion that you actually own them. It's cheaper to buy a land / air package from your travel agent. Plus you get to go anytime you want too, when booking trips through a travel agency, unlike a timeshare where you choose either a winter or summer season.
