Ok here is the information i have gathered on Keelung and Taipei
Clubs
Wed. Night "carnagies" Ladies Drink Free, Many Local Girls go there for free drinks, they get really drunk and dance ontop of tables, its a good time. Many of them women are there to meet western guys. they charge a cover fee, and drinks are fairly priced
Thursday Night "Brass Monkeys" No. 166 Fushing N. Rd again its ladies night. many local girls drinking for free, they charge a cover fee, drinks are fair, and they have western music. ratio of women is high which is always a good thing, lots of eye candy.
Friday and Saturday "Club Roxy88" #161 sec.1 jiang-guo s.rd and "roxy99" B1 #218 sec.2 jin-shan s.rd its a dance club many locals, no cover, mixed music
SUNDAY IS PHILLIPINA DAY, many of the phillipina factory workers only get sunday off so after church they go to a basment club called "B-52" its very near "the Zone" near Shuang Cheng St. ALOT OF GIRLS all intrested in meeting western guys drinks are 30-50NTD. a very good time go early.
THE ZONE and the Pay4Pussy Scene
The Zone is a area in taipei with many "Girl Bars" the main street is Lane 32 Shuang Cheng St. the deal here is the bars have ladies and you buy them drinks and the swarm you with attention, however the "lady drinks" range from 200NTD to as high as 400NTD and they go from green tea to little glass of beer or wine. The quality of ladies ranges from bar to bar but their are some very hot ladies there mostly chinese and local girls. A beer will cost you 100-130 NTD for the guys. You may take a girl out of the bar but you must pay a "bar fine" which ranges from 2000NTD to 4000NTD. Additional services range from Full Service to Hand Jobs, BJ or just taking them to a dance club and these cost extra. the ladies will charge any where from 2000NTD to 4000NTD for a ALL NIGHT FULL SERVICE plus the bar fine. So a night out with these girls can run from 5000NTD to 8000NTD. Negotation skills are a must here. Many of the bars there are pushy and will demand you buy a lady drink, some are less pushy usually the empty bars are the bad ones."volcano" and "miami" are the worst i advise staying away as they are money traps decorated with pretty ladies. there a are a few bars with a good amount of people these are ok, "chatters" is a good bar to drink in and you will not get harassed. always be on your guard pay for each drink at a time, and go there only to find and leave with a lady. crime in the area is not a problem and i have felt safe at all hours of the night. also taxi run at all hours too.

The "Night Market" is a nice place to see and shop, the offer many food stands, M/P and even offer sneak and turtle meat freshly killed for you.
American Style food is here, Hooters, and fast food(mcdonalds and KFC) can be found every where.
M/P there are lots of them near the night market and downtown, since prostitution seems limited these m/p seem to be undercover brothels, many of them offer "happy endings" and full service. many can be found in back allys. this takes some exploring on your part. the prices range from 2200-3400NTD for full service and a good shower and massage for an hour plus. the only problem is many dont offer beds, only small tables, so fucking on them is difficult. quality of girls varies from 5-10 if your lucky. each places only offers a few girls too. demand to see the girl before you go into a room. there are a few with beds but these places are hidden in back ally shops and hard to find. most of the girls are either thia, or local.
Some one posted a list of Call girl numbers, i called one they work, they offer fullservice 3000NTD and up for 2 hours or less.

Over all its a good time here, ass is here you just need to know where to find it, prices are cheap but still affordable.
