Been to Den Hague a few times, the action (redlight district) is near the Babylon Centre. It is much smaller than AMS redlight district. Good clubs in the centre area. In the summertime head out to Scheveningen beach. Trams run from central station in Den Hague right to the beach. There are a few nice clubs (loads of nice women from all over) and hotels along the beach. There are also some nude beaches for you voyeurs. Great place to visit in the summer months June - August.
