Bangkok review mentions hamburger bar where you can meet a guy and arrange to meet girls by your requirment.

Get a Hotel on Sukhumvit. The Honey or majestic, Nana or the like.
Then walk to the Nana Plaze for a night out. That place will put you off for life so you can then go to the best place in Thailand, Soi cowboy
