im looking for top class girls while my stay, best hotel with best hc and any other related info.

You could try the following places:

Cititel hotel, Midvalley - Health(Spa) Centre
Sunshine Inn, KL
Corona Inn, KL
Genesis, KL

Most of them have local girls and foreign girls ie. PRCs, Ruskies, Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodia, Indon..

Damage - RM180 to RM250.

now how about tips on hotels?

which one is the best and the one where i could bring up a girl to the room without any problem...what should i look for in a hotel....and also, does any of the hotels offer internet access inside your own room?

please reply soon as im running out of time to book a hotel.

Cititel Hotel would be ok. Most of the hotels here allows you to bring the girls but act casually.
Grand Season hotel has a Spa Centre as well and you can asked the Captain to bring outside girls for you.
