I have a 5 hr layover at Narita airport in a few months which is not enough time to go into Tokyo. Is anyone aware of any action in the city of Narita? Any massage places, bj clubs, etc.?

You might want to do some internet checking about Narita Airport.
It's a man made island(land fill) and quite deserted. Going
anywhere from the airport to where you get anything sexual
will be tough if you have only 5 hours.

There are day rooms at Narita Intl. airport which cost $5 per hour for 1 or $7 per hour for two. Your flight there is probably 10 - 12 hours which gives you that much time to find a likely companion to join you in one of those small rooms during your layover. There are also lots of pretty girls walking around the terminal so you might approach every one of them with your offer until you have success. Good luck.

Forget it man if you have 5 hours. Even if you manage your time well and get a gal, it is damn expensive man !

The girls in the terminal are all there either to catch a flight or because they're working there--that would never work to proposition them. Japan is great for mongering only if you are living there. For those passing through, the options are high-priced and rather limited, as the local Japanese are willing to pay more, and most whoring places are off-limits to foreigners. But if you live there, it can be paradise. Girls are passionate. Its easy to develop multiple girlfriends and its all free after the first couple of dinners out. ALL Japanese women screw after you have dated them no more than about 3 times.
