The Kitten Club downstairs works in combination with the Penthouse Hotel. But honestly you could do a LOT BETTER for less money in hotels and why would you want to limit yourself to a few hardcore dancers?
Diamond Beach Hotel has a massage parlor downstairs with a few ladies but again, you could do FAR BETTER than that hotel and why limit yourself to a few ladies?
If you haven't been to Pattaya, there are somewhere in excess of 10,000 ladues who will be more than happy to spend a few hours or a few days with you. Part of the fun is getting out and meeting people and touring the town. It's a very falang friendly place for the most part.
There are also many locations including most of the ago-gos which have rooms on the premises or nearby where you can do some relaxing with your chosen lady of the moment. No one will ever see you on the streets with her if that is your concern. Soi Six ( Soi Yodsak) has probably three dozen small bars with rooms on site if a quickie is what you would like. The girls are a little on the rougher side but some nice ladies with good skills and it tends to be cheap as well (700-1000 all up).
