In Beijing, check the thatsbeijing magazine or City weekend and in personal sections there are couple of girls offering massage, call to them and some of them speak quite good english, but only few of them are offerering sex too. Ask in a phone how old she is and etc.. if young, you will get sex most likely too. This was in last summer, so it could be changed by now.
If you want to have a girl, go to Maggies Bar (say to Taxi driver Maggies Jiuba) and he will know the place, don't go before 10pm. There are plenty of mongolian and chinese girls. I usually prefer mongolians. Prices are from 200 rmb to 2000 rmb per night. Most likely almost all of them will go with you for 800rmb (100USD) for whole night. I haven't ever paid more than 600 rmb but I use to live overthere, so the girls knew me quite well. Before Sars epidemic, the girls use to hangout also in Henry J Beans and Hard Rock Cafe too but in this May those places were empty.
