Most of the Shenzhen girls do not speak english but all understand sign language. As my experience goes coming in the mouth is difficult. Many of them will not even do DFK. Bring condoms with you if you can. They take next to no space in your bag and aren't much cheaper in China/HK. It's not worth the hassle of trying to find them here and then finding the size/comfort/quality isn't what you are used to back home.

Try to learn a couple of simple sentences in Mandarin. Many web sites have this information at no charge. It will help you time and time again for the small investment of a few minutes a day practicing the words.

At the very least, try to learn the numbers 1-10. It is very easy and once you've learnt 1-10, 11-999 simply add onto the initial 10 numbers/words. It will give you more confidence for your time in China, plus win a bit of respect from the girls.

You really didn't specify too many quesitons. I will try and answer a few:

1. Girls are willing to do CIM is far and few in between.
2. Most girls are not shaved. in 3 years, I have only met one.
3. Most girls understand a little english, but don't expect a conversation.
4. Depending on which hotel you booked. Most Chinese Hotels actually have condoms in the room for sale. Most International name hotels don't. Condoms are readily available in any drug store on any street. Most girls will bring them too; however, they might charge you 10 or even 20 RMB more for each condom.
5. Actions are everywhere, BBS, SN, Street, Bar. Just let you intention known. They will find you.

The CIM girls, in my experience are the over 30's, younger ones do but are at the lower end of the market and not really attractive (FUGLY is a better word). Usual thing is BBS is, if no CIM, to shoot onto some tissue paper she will have brought into the room.
